Project enquiries
APX collects the contact and project details you enter to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not include credit, payment or other sensitive financial details.
Private storage and review
Enquiries are stored in this WordPress site’s database on GoDaddy hosting, available only to authorised administrators through the APX Enquiries screen. No enquiry email notification is sent by this implementation. Hosting providers may process technical access records and data outside Canada. Application code does not log form values.
Abuse prevention and retention
A daily salted hash of your network address is used for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored in the enquiry. Rate records are removed by scheduled cleanup after two days. Enquiries are retained for 90 days by default and deleted by a daily WordPress scheduled task. WordPress tasks run when the site receives visits, so deletion can be delayed. APX may adjust this period; contact Tony to confirm current retention or request earlier deletion.
Browser storage and measurement
A random session identifier prevents duplicate submissions. Your optional measurement preference is saved in your browser. No analytics or advertising identifiers are configured by default. If configured, measurement loads only after opt-in and records interaction events without form contents. Campaign attribution is disabled. Other WordPress plugins or hosting tools may add processing; this notice must be reviewed whenever they change.
Contact and external services
Contact info@apxconstruction.ca to request access, correction or deletion. Financeit applications, when linked, occur on a separate website under its privacy terms. This form does not collect credit application details.
